I didn’t join a gym. I used the floor and gravity.
I used to buy into the myth: that strength had to come from weights, machines, and gym memberships.
I was wrong.
When life for forced me to choose between my goals and my limitations — I got creative. Time and money weren’t on my side. But I still had something powerful: my body, my will, and gravity.
During lockdown, I reclaimed my energy. And I made a decision — I would train, no matter what.

My First Workout Humbled Me
I started with body weight exercises. It wasn’t glamorous. In fact, it was humbling. I could barely hold a plank. My form was off. I got injured. A lot.
But here’s the thing: I didn’t quit. Each misstep pushed me to learn. To understand my body. To treat movement not as punishment — but as care.
Zero Knowledge, Zero Experience — Plenty of Bumps
At first, I had no idea what I was doing. I copied moves, got the form wrong, hurt myself more than I care to admit. But I kept coming back. And I started researching. Reading. Watching. Learning. I learned what real strength was — not flashy moves, but control. Precision. Mind-muscle connection.
The Power of Floor and Gravity
And I got stronger. Rep by rep. Set by set. Without a gym. Without excuses.
If you think you need a gym to start your fitness journey, I’m here to tell you: you don’t. You need discipline. You need consistency. You need courage.
Your transformation doesn’t begin with equipment.
It begins with commitment.
Let’s build from the ground up — together.
